Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for VIKAM's paid plans. Our core features are free forever.

1. Free plan

VIKAM's core money-management features — expense tracking, your Paisa Score, and basic rewards — are free. No payment, no refund needed.

2. Paid subscriptions

If you subscribe to a premium plan or a savings circle tier, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge if you have not materially used the paid features in that period. Partial-period usage may be deducted on a pro-rata basis.

3. Savings circle contributions

Money you contribute to a savings circle is your own savings held in escrow — it is not a fee and is returned to you per the circle's schedule. Subscription fees for premium circle features follow the refund window above.

4. Rewards & bonuses

Promotional rewards, bonuses, and scratch-card winnings are not purchases and are non-refundable. Withdrawable reward balances can be transferred to your bank as described in the app.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@vikam.io from your registered details with the transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
