These terms govern your use of the VIKAM app and website, operated by Fluxusforge. By using VIKAM, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use VIKAM.
2. Your account
You register with your mobile number and an OTP. You are responsible for keeping access to your number and device secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. What VIKAM provides
VIKAM is a money-management service: expense tracking, your Paisa Score, savings circles, and rewards. VIKAM is not a bank or lender. Any loan offer is provided by a separate, regulated lending partner, subject to their assessment and approval — VIKAM does not guarantee any loan, amount, or rate.
4. Acceptable use
- Use VIKAM only for lawful, personal purposes.
- Provide accurate information; do not impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
5. Rewards
Rewards (such as scratch cards, bonuses, and referral rewards) are promotional, may change or end at any time, and are subject to fair-use checks. Rewards have no cash value except where explicitly stated as withdrawable, and may be reversed in case of fraud or abuse.
6. Savings circles
Savings circles are a subscription-based group-savings feature. Contributions are held in escrow with a regulated banking partner. Circle terms (members, schedule, fees) are shown before you join.
7. Third-party services
VIKAM integrates regulated partners for KYC, the Account Aggregator framework, payments, and lending. Their services are governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers & liability
VIKAM is provided "as is." Insights and scores are informational and not financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, Fluxusforge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
